I started getting into the gym in my late teens and fell in love with it very quickly. I had no idea what I was doing, but I was determined to learn, and headed off to Loughborough University to study a Sports Science BSc, followed by a Nutrition MSc.
During those 4 years, I began competing in PCA Bikini Bodybuilding - something which ticked a box for me, but also taught me more about what I value as a person, and now a coach (sustainability, enjoyment, balance and results that don’t require you to be below 10% body fat).
I began coaching 5 years ago, with the aim to teach women how to do fitness in the right way. No BS myths, no excessive dieting, no overtraining and certainly no detoxes - simply, science, done right.
There is nothing I love more than seeing women thrive, understand their bodies better than ever before, and take full control of the reigns. Work WITH your body. Not against it. I promise it’s the best thing you’ll ever do.
